Love the falling snow and the blue borders on your blog this season. I had forgotten how I used to have falling weather on my blog!! Thanks for the reminder. I now have purple snowflakes falling.
What a beautiful simile and sentiment Christmas like a lullaby… your images certainly tell the story well. Those moose/meese??!! are adorable. And what a sweet mother and child in your first nativity scene. My oldest daughter was asked to play Mary in the school’s Christmas program when she was in second grade. Oh, was I a proud mama.

I love your moose nativity scene! My mother had a stuffed Chris-moose that she brought out every Christmas. Now, I have displayed in my home and it reminds me of my mom. 🙂

That’s a sweet poem by John Denver, I didn’t know he wrote poetry.

That is a lyric from a song he wrote called “Christmas Like a Lullaby.” Came out early 90s, and it’s beautiful. One of my favorites.

I Loved John Denver! Still do. I can’t pick a favorite, but as far as modern Christmas songs go this was is a winner.
