Spring Yellow Monochrome

Thank you, Diana! I caught that pink maple last fall and the Witch Hazel this week while in Hood River. So nice to see a bit of spring for a half day 🌸
Both of these are beautiful, Terri, but I also love that you used “monochrome” in the correct way but a way that often isn’t considered, as most people assume it means B&W. 🙂

Beautiful colors Terri! The water on the red leaf looks like a maraschino cherry to me and the gold color is exquisite!

Thank you for that, Janet. Using red or yellow may be taking monochrome a hair too far, but it’s fun to capture an image in a monochromatic hue.

Thanks, Bren. The pink image is a color monochrome. I read monochrome can be an image of predominantly one color, not just black and white.
