  1. What a tremendous light display in your northern sky. Did you know the Northern Lights were going to be spectacular or just happen to go out and look up at the right time?
What fun to take pictures for a certain number…maybe that could be a Sunday Stills challenge. One month, the number 3. The next month, 7. Of course, 3 being the best number EVER.
Your captures, no matter what, elevate the everyday to the extraordinary. I don’t even like tomatoes but those are beautiful.

    • Thank you so much, dear Leslie! The seven challenge is a challenge hosted by another blogger. I think another bloggers hosts a numbers game challenge.
But to answer your question, yes, our local news mentioned the strong chance of seeing the aurora. I also follow a local Facebook page Aurora Chasers. And I have an app. It’s always a thrill to be able to see them from our backyard. Even if to see the colors manifest through the camera lens.

  2. Didn’t see the Northern lights again, Terri. I also missed the partial eclipse of the harvest full moon this week. I saw some great pics of the events, though.

I could only count six sailors, but the saw the one sneakerly behind one of the others.
