Welcome to Flower Hour #5! I’m excited about November’s Flower Hour posts, as they will also feature shadows for Becky B’s November Shadows photo challenge.
This week, I’m sharing autumn leaves from our young Norway Maple tree, as well as Alpine Asters, wildflowers that are currently growing along the edges of our asphalt street.
“It’s the ephemeral configuration of things in the moment, when you can see both their beauty and their death.” ― Muriel Barbery

“What is life if not the shadow of a fleeting dream? – Umberto Eco
Feel free to share ANY flower, no theme or requirements other than it’s your own. For those living in the Southern Hemisphere, thank you for sharing your gorgeous spring flowers!

Sharing for Becky’s November Shadow Squares, Dawn’s Festival of Leaves, and Lens-Artists: Ephemeral.
New to The Flower Hour photo challenge? Please check out my page for more information! I encourage “double-dipping” with other blog challenges if you do not want to create a separate post.
