Hooray, we’re back to the Floral ABCs! This week, we’re sharing three flowers (or plants, or trees!) that begin with the letters P, Q, and R. They don’t have to be blooming or in season right now—anything from your archives is welcome.
If you are playing along with the Floral ABCs, for each letter, you can share at least one flower, plant or tree, or share a bunch (get it?).

You do not have to participate in this theme at all; simply share a flower, plant or tree of your choosing, as long as it is a version of YOUR original photograph!

The following images are for the Lens-Artists Challenge, “What is it?” theme this week. I found some macros and close-up that actually follow our alphabet prompt!
Can you guess what these are? Hints at end of post

I’m also adding the salvia-loving praying mantis (starts with P–wink, wink) for Brian’s Last on the Card challenge.

Anyone can join the Flower Hour with their original photos. You can also use AI tools to edit or reimagine your images. New flower images are welcome, and archived images are encouraged. You have all week to link to this post.
New to The Flower Hour photo challenge? Please check out my page for more information! I encourage “double-dipping” with other blog challenges if you do not want to create a separate post.
