For Wordless Wednesday, let your images tell the story.

“So long as mists envelop you, be still. Be still until the sunlight pours through and dispels the mists – as it surely will. Then act with courage.” — Chief White Eagle

A few of the trees are overachievers! I really like the misty moonlight and the shadowy trees.

Beautiful, Terri. And more fog… my favorite. Lol. Happy Wednesday.

I like the fog shot, Terri. And thanks for the resizing information. I’ve resized 240 or so photos on my blog now which is great but as I have close to 8,000, I still have a ways to go. I try to do 80 a day plus the photos in the current post but slow and steady wins the space. 🙂

Thanks, Janet! I’m glad to hear you are downsizing your images. I have a LOT to go through as well, and if I go decide to use an oldie but goodie, I check the size!

There is so much depth in B&W. Nice, Terri.

Thank you, Jacqui, there really is. I have to choose images carefully for them to be in B&W.

I love trees and I love monochromatic moody images…so this was a win/win!

Thanks, Dawn. A forest of Ponderosas in b&w would be boring, but I’m happy how these turned out!

That misty shot is fabulous, Terri and I love the lone tree standing proud.

Thanks, Bren! I’ve been wanting to experiment more with monochrome, so this challenge coincides well with posting for Wordless Wednesday, too. Thanks for hosting 😀

that may be a seed tree? Loggers leave these isolated trees to help seed the area for future growth.

Hmmm, I didn’t know that, Wayne! A good bet it is since logging around here was (is?) a thing!

Thank you, Frank! Out on a hike last year, I found this one lone tree, but enveloped with his neighbor trees. It made a great black and white shot!
