Thank you, Ritva! Funny, all I did was snap the Pic of the teapot and the face took care of itself. 🤣

Those apricots look like grapefruits or plums. We have a variety of plum called ‘Ugly yellow.’ Whoever gave it that name needs a good slap.
The kettle on the stove is a fun picture, Terri. I can’t help but smile as I look at it.

Thanks, Hugh. Amazing what a closeup does to fruit! My kettle is a creusett brand. We heat water in it every day. It likes being a prominent feature in the kitchen 😉

I’d be lost without my kettle, Terri. It never smiles (or whistles) at me, but it has done an excellent job over the last eight years we’ve had it. It’s like a part of the family and has lasted longer than the wine fridge we bought at the same time.

I think kettles are smart kitchen tools. Now why wouldn’t it whistle at you? 🤣

I’m not sure, Terri. But I forgot to mention that did you know that you can now buy kettles that can connect to Wi-Fi? Yes, you can turn the kettle on from your mobile phone. Who’d have thought it, eh?

Oh an electric kettle! That makes sense it could be activated with a phone, Hugh. But someone has to put the water in it. If an AI enabled gremlin puts the water in too, we may be in trouble 🤣

The kettle is great fun. Still looking around for more oranges here – not that there are any shortages of those here!

I laughed at the first “face” and glad you said that as well. I wonder how many people would have noticed if you didn’t say anything 🤔

It took me a minute for me to see the face in the teapot, Brian! When I edited it then I saw it. We all need a prompt now and then. Glad you liked it!

Those are great color combos Terri – I love Fall for those earthy colors, like burnt orange and gold especially.

Orange is my favourite colour Terri!
I’m surprised you didn’t include any pumpkins as the Halloween stuff is starting to be put out already!
