  3. Far too much snow for me but you look cosy in your plaid and I reckon at Christmas you can easily get away with this amount 😀

    1. Thanks, Sarah! I’m used to snow after 3 winters here. I’ll keep wearing plaid, but in smaller doses in public. Hope you had a joyous Christmas 🎄

  4. Your very comfy attire suggests that stove is working well for you. I love your snow photo though. I always enjoyed a good snowfall so long as it didn’t last too long! I suspect that’s not the case where you are.

    1. I claim having a bad head cold made me choose all plaid 🤣 Hans shoveled 2 feet of snow off the roof 3 days ago. This will be around for awhile, Graham.

  6. Your picture made me wonder if I had any plaid clothes… a quick closet visit verified that that would be a big NOPE! You do look cozy, though. 🙂

    1. But plaid so fashionable these days, Janis. 😉 Wearing plaid here is our uniform, maybe not as much at once like I’m modeling, hahaha!

      1. No, but I’ve seen the pictures and read the articles. It’s a nightmare and a deadly one!

      2. Oh for sure. Upstate NY with lake effect snow must be a nightmare. Hope you’re warm and safe in AZ!

      3. We’re certainly warm, although temperatures dropped into the 50’s today but into the 60’s for the highs soon. We lived for many years on the east side of Cleveland in the western end of the snow belt that ended in Buffalo. We got lots of snow but nothing like what they get there!!

      5. I went to buy a pair of nice knickers for my partner.
I asked the saleswoman “Are these satin?”
She said “No, they are brand new.”

      1. In some places you do, Terri. Today, we drove from 11,000ft and wearing wool hats and long clothes to 3,000ft and sweating with our flip flops, shorts, and T-shirts! 🙂

  15. I count shoveling as a fitness activity to turn it into a win. I’m not as confident with the plaid photos but I could post one wearing plaid as well! But I won’t 🙃

    1. Hahaha, thanks, Bernie! I like the popularity of plaid, but it can be much! Kudos for considering snow shoveling a fitness activity 👏
