My husband’s a bike rider who just finished riding the Michelson Trail in South Dakota two weeks ago. This trail is quite like a road, compared to that one, but both are great.

Wow, that’s great!! Yes this is a very urban bike trail but it skirts along the American River in Sacramento and is well-maintained.

Bike trails are great no matter where they are. I love when bikers don’t have to ride in the street or (often illegally) on sidewalks because the streets are too dangerous.
