There is nothing that puts a spring in my step than a walk or jog with my precious pups, Aero and Gideon. A simple mention of the word “walk” has these pups wriggling and woofing with delight. If they catch me putting on my black exercise pants, the fun begins as they both fall on the floor and roll around in anticipation.
If you are a dog owner and can take your dog(s) for a walk, get out there and GO! Your dog will love you and you will both have a new spring in your step!

I don’t have a dog, my girlfriend does, so I will have to ask her if this helps. If so, I might have to try it.

It’s a win-win-win for all three of you to go for a walk 🙂

I can relate to the excitement of the walk anticipated (I imagine we all can) — for my dog, it is when I put on my shoes after having taken them off late in the day, or picking up my keys. Those actions could mean I am getting ready to do half a million other things, but to her it means only: WALK!? 🙂

Adorable fur-kids you got there. Dogs are always aware when it’s ‘walk-time’. My pack always reminds me daily to de-stress by going out for a walk.

spring needs to be in the air.

So true. Both human and dogs have fun and get fit. I prefer the warmer weather however.

Couldn’t agree more. If the weather’s okay, I take mine every week day for 2 miles up the mountain. We all love it!

My little sweetie pie likes to go walking or riding.

I love this! Great photo too! I like how the red leash gives the perspective that the leash holder is off-camera…
Your cute dogs definitely add a spring to your step!

Cats, on the other hand, are a tad recalcitrant to the idea. 🙂

I know…my cat HATES to go for walks…not that I’ve tried. My daughter walks her cat with a cat harness. LOL

Yes they really don’t like to cooperate. Sleeping until the wee hours and then crazy active when we’re sleeping.

Your fur babies are cute! I don’t have a dog but sometimes I borrow one from the neighborhood to take walks with. They are always happy to oblige and their owners are pleased to get a break.
