Great overview of the Millennial Generation.
Everyone wants to know who we are.Politicians want to know how we’ll vote. Brands want to know what we’ll buy. Companies want to know how to recruit us (which is weird since they don’t seem to be doing a lot of hiring…). So when statistical reports come out everyone hangs on each little number hoping that it provides a glimpse into our strange little heads. Some comparative analysis of findings as well as a look at the population of the survey shows that really no one knows what they’re talking about.
Deloitte says that as a generation we’re demanding of both government and business. Respondents from 28 different were degree educated and held full-time positions.
